Built The Way A Composite Should Be Built
An autoclaved epoxy prepreg carbon fiber part is categorically superior to a hand-laid polyester carbon fiber part in strength, longevity, and impact resistance.
That difference comes from the combination of a more advanced manufacturing process and a higher-performance resin system. Prepreg is a composite fabric carrying a very specific, evenly applied amount of epoxy, then baked under pressure in an autoclave.
Hand-laid parts are inconsistent and resin-rich, with no compaction of the fibers or laminate. They look similar. They do not behave similarly.
Our cases are constructed with highly toughened MIL-SPEC epoxy, MIL-SPEC carbon fiber prepreg, and MIL-SPEC Kevlar™ prepreg, autoclaved under high temperature and pressure. The MIL-SPEC epoxy in our prepreg system is more advanced than ballistic epoxy, with better impact and abrasion resistance for longevity and durability.
We use MIL-SPEC adhesive to bond the carbon fiber / Kevlar™ shells to 6061 aluminum case frames, so the cases can take a beating and stay together over time.

Custom Case Workflow
Send CAD or requirements
CAD drawing files are enough to start initial design and prototyping. If you do not have them, we will work from what you do have.
Define want vs need
What you want and what you actually require are often different — IP68, two-man lift, drop test. A consultation surfaces the requirements you did not know to ask for.
Form, fit, function
Coordinated against your real equipment, whether you ship it to us or bring it in person.
